Ohio Linux Fest will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2007 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The Ohio LinuxFest is a free, grassroots conference for the Linux and Free/Open Source Software (FOSS) community. Started in 2003 as a large meeting between Linux User Groups, the Ohio LinuxFest has grown into an major conference that brings software freedom enthusiasts together from all over the world. Open to everyone, this free event is an opportunity for the community to gather and share information about Linux and Open Source Software.
Now for the cool news -- after a rigorous selection process, the schedule for Ohio LinuxFest 2007 has been posted containing a full day of exciting and informative talks. The conference will feature Jon 'maddog' Hall, Mepis founder Warren Woodford, Puppet creator Luke Kanies, Neuros' Joe Born, PostgreSQL contributor Robert Treat, and many others.
