OpenSUSE 10.3 RC2 Live CDs

"As mentioned in the OpenSUSE RC1 announcement, we're doing only internal testing of the following release candidates to avoid storming the mirrors. But we decided to upload the live CDs, so you can test these and see if there are regressions in what you reported."
