Novell to Samba: We're Not Terminating MS Agreement

According to statements from Novell, in Joe 'Zonker' Brockmeier's article in Linux.com, they are not repudiating their Microsoft deal. We also learn that Eben Moglen has finished the audit and is in discussions with Novell.
